It has been FOREVER

 Holy cow I haven't been here in like... nearly a year. Needless to say a lot of things have been going on. I think the only way to go over everything is to make a list. I might go into detail about things later but this is just a quick recap of my nerdy geeky life and the unusual turns it has taken.

• Flying/tap commander is probably the best idea ever. Angels cost a lot. Pleasestopbuyingmeangels.
• A valid eevee deck is going to be a reality very soon. Japan already has the cards. We're next.
• Wandavision is amazing and I not so low key have a fangirl crush on Vision now. Loki is probably next. Tony Stark is still top tier. 
• The Giant Monkey vs Giant Lizard movie needs a seizure warning.
• Sometimes you have to say goodbye to your best friends. Sometimes people from your past you thought you would never hear from again jump through hoops to reach out to you. Thank you, you were just in time.
• Remembering the past is nice. Living in the present is better. Looking to the future is scary and uncertain. 
• Sometimes the right choice is not to make a choice but to change yourself.
• You never know what people go through until you sit down and listen to their story. It makes radical ideas sometimes seem necessary. 
• It's easier to believe in others than it is to believe in one's self. 
• COVID is butt and I never want to hear about it or any of the buzz words surrounding it again... even if some really good things came of it for my camp, a lot of horrible things happened for other people. 
• A JOB IS NOT WORTH YOUR MENTAL HEALTH!

I know there were a lot of vague things here but I felt like it was best to keep things open ended for now. Those of you who know me will know exactly what I mean and I will hopefully remember it all. I'm currently considering finally returning to school with a plan that feels right and not just a ploy to make money. I'm not even sure I can make a living off what I want to do. It starts with an associates degree in Human Services so you know I'm finally living up to myself and planning to do some good for others. On that note, I want my friends to know I'm a safe person to come out to; happy pride a little late.

32 Questions Answered

Whoops! I didn’t get my recipe out this week sooo I’m going to make up for it by revealing information about myself! Gasp and shock.  I pulled 32 questions normally used for youtube videos to use for my blog. Yes I’m not original, shh. 


1.) Do you sleep with your closet doors open or closed? Closed! It looks messy to leave them open.
2.) Do you take shampoo and conditioner bottles from hotels? Nope. They clutter up my bathroom. I don't even like buying the trial size things to travel because of the same reasons.
3.) Do you sleep with your sheets tucked in or out? Tucked in because I don’t sleep under my sheets.
4.) Have you ever stolen a street sign? Nope. That’s silly and dangerous.
5.) Do you cut out coupons and then never use them? Yep, all the time. Never know when I -might- use them.
6.) Would you rather be attacked by a big bear or a swarm of bees? Bees. Easier to get rid of them or escape.
7.) Do you always smile for pictures? I try. It usually ends up a smirk.
8.) Do you ever count your steps when you walk? Nope. I used to use a pedometer but haven’t in years.
9.) Have you ever peed in the woods? Ever been camping? Like legit camping? Everyone does it.
10.) Do you still watch cartoons? Yes, because nostalgia is hard to avoid.
11.) Where would you bury hidden treasure if you had some? Do you think I would tell you? At my uncle’s house because it used to be my grandma’s and I always end up back there like the rest of my family.
12.) What do you drink with dinner? Pepsi or Dr pepper or wine.
13.) What do you dip a chicken nugget in? Sweet and sour
14.) What movies could you watch over and over and still love? Anything fantasy.
15.) Were you ever a girl scout? Yes. I got stabbed with a pencil.
16.) Would you ever strip or pose nude in a magazine? Nope. I joke about it with my friends, but I can’t do that stuff.
17.) Can you change the oil on your car? New car who’s this?
18.) Have you ever gotten a speeding ticket? Nope. I’m a perfect angel.
19.) Afraid of heights? No, I’m afraid of gravity.
20.) Do you sing in the car? Yes. And at home.
21.) Is Christmas stressful? Not anymore.
22.) Occupations you wanted to be when you were a kid. Veterinarian, lawyer, cop, teacher. In that order.
23.) Do you believe in ghosts? Yes. I have good reason to.
24.) The first concert you ever went to. Paradigm.
25.) Walmart, Target, or Kmart? I like Target but we don’t have one here rip.
26.) Nike or Adidas? Nike.
27.) Can you curl your tongue? Yes. I can also tie a cherry stem, or I used to be able to. I should try that again.
28.) Have you ever cried because you were so happy? Yes. Let’s not talk about it or it might happen again.
29.) The last concert you saw? Trans Siberian Orchestra.
30.) Can you swim well? Very much so.
31.) Can you knit of crochet? Nope but I want to learn.
32.) Are you a dog person or a cat person? Both. Both are good floofs.
